A2P Messaging Policy
At Grifflyn Electric inc., we are committed to providing clear and compliant communication via SMS and MMS (text messaging). This A2P (Application-to-Person) Messaging Policy outlines our practices for sending messages to our customers and contacts, in accordance with carrier guidelines, applicable laws, and industry standards.
1. Consent (Opt-In)
We only send SMS/MMS messages to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive messages from us. Consent is obtained through one or more of the following methods:
Web forms where users provide their mobile number and agree to receive messages.
Text-to-join campaigns where users initiate contact by texting a keyword.
In-person or phone-based registration with documented consent.
Existing customers who have agreed to receive follow-up messages regarding services/products.
We do not send unsolicited messages.
2. Message Content

Once a STOP request is received, we immediately cease messaging that recipient through that number.

Message frequency varies based on the nature of the communication but will generally not exceed 1-2 messages per year once our service has been provided to you. We do send appointment reminders for you upcoming service, Introductory or reminder emails occasionally while providing service, and feedback forms.

We value your privacy. Phone numbers and personal data collected for messaging purposes are stored securely and not shared, sold, or distributed to third parties without explicit consent.

6. Carrier Compliance & Liability
While we use compliant platforms (GoHighLevel and its SMS gateway partners) for A2P messaging, message delivery is subject to carrier approval and restrictions. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by carriers.
